STANDARD BOOKING CONDITIONS
A deposit payment must be paid via the website payment link or by bank transfer and must accompany application. Your participation is not confirmed until the deposit is paid and a confirmation of booking has been issued by us. The full balance must then be paid in accordance with the dates specified in your briefing document. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your participation and the loss of your deposit.

A contract shall exist between you and Adventure Kicks, once an application form and deposit is received by us and confirmation of your place has been despatched by us. This is usually within 24 hours of receiving your application form and deposit.
Cancellation by you:
Should you have to cancel for unavoidable reasons, the following restrictions will apply:
• Your deposit is non-refundable.
• Refunding of money will be dependent on date. We will refund as much money as possible but the amount may be reduced if payments have been made to our support team in country.
• Entries can be transferred to a nominated replacement competitor.
Changes by us:
In the interests of safety, and dependent on local conditions it may sometimes be necessary for us to make alterations to the trip as detailed in our marketing material and competitors briefing pack, before or after your booking has been confirmed. We reserve the right to do so at our absolute discretion. If it is necessary for us to make a significant change to the trip we will inform you as soon as possible.
Medical and Safety Information:
Obviously your safety is of paramount importance during the event. While all steps will be taken to ensure this we must stress that ultimately you are responsible for your own well-being and safety while on our trips.
You are encouraged to check about appropriate vaccinations with your doctor prior to departure. You should be aware that some vaccinations require a minimum period before they are fully effective, so don’t wait until the last moment to check about them.
Cancellation by us:
In the extremely unlikely event Adventure Kics has to cancel the event for circumstances outwith our control, a full refund will of course be given.
Participation in any activity in the desert environment is a potentially hazardous activity. Participants must make their own judgements on their own abilities and participate entirely at their own risk.
It is essential that you have adequate travel insurance for all ‘adventurous activities’ you wish to partake in during your time in country. If you are unsure about your level of cover please check with your travel insurance provider. Adventure Kicks may request proof of holiday insurance cover prior to or during your trip. If you cannot provide proof of adequate cover, we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of participation in the event. Due to the adventurous nature of some of our events, Adventure Kicks cannot guarantee your safety. All possible precautions to minimise the dangers will be taken, but the event remains one that you undertake at your own risk. Prior to starting the event, you will be required to complete and sign a disclaimer form which acknowledges your own responsibilities in entering for treks etc.
Adventure Kicks will hold full liability insurance for our tours with further cover for the more ‘adventurous’ activities via our tour partners. Tours are fully risk assessed. Prior to starting tours, you will be required to complete and sign a disclaimer form which acknowledges your own responsibilities in joining the event.
You will require your own insurance policy to cover personal belongings, repatriation and any extended medical care you may require. Please note you will be covered for primary medical care from our medical staff and evacuation to hospital should you be injured.
Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements at the time of booking. We aim to exceed your expectations and will endeavour to cater for any specific requirements. However, we cannot guarantee that we will cover all requirements if we are not notified in advance.
All transfers required for participation in the event are included in the cost price of participation in the event.
Full vehicle support is included in the cost price of participation in the event.
This does not include taxis or other forms of transport out with the scope of participation in the event.
You are responsible for organising all relevant visas for the trip.
Adventure Kicks are unable to book international flights and take no responsibility for any delays, cancellations, loss of property or any other event pertaining to participants travel to or from participation in the event.
